Step 2: Sign up for an Introductory Membership

Experienced CrossFitter?

If you have experience with CrossFit, then you’re welcome to jump right in. CrossFit Cedar Grove provides programming every day, as well as a number of Open Gym times where you can do the scheduled WOD or work on a skill you’d like to master. Additionally, our class schedule offers a wide variety of times to accommodate everyone from the early riser to the late-night gym goer.

New CrossFitter?

If you’ve never done CrossFit before, you’ll need to learn the basics in our Foundations Classes. Foundations consists of (2) 60-minute sessions taught in a small group setting by a highly experienced coach. These are scheduled by appointment for your convenience. Once you learn the basics, you’ll get unlimited access to the gym with our Introductory Membership.

FOR A LIMITED TIME: All New Members receive their first (3) Months of Unlimited CrossFit for $99/month and Foundations ($150 value) is included for all new CrossFitters. If you commit within your first month for 1 year, you will get to keep the $99/month rate for the next (12) billing cycles. *Limited to a maximum of 50 people.

Step 3: Select a Membership

We offer a wide variety of memberships to suit everyone, from the occasional gym goer, to the people who come almost daily. We also offer discounts to military, first responders, students, and teachers. For more information, please click below and check out our rates page.
