Step 1: Take a FREE Class
We start everyone with a free trial so you can see what we're all about. Come check out our facility, meet a coach, and chat with some of our awesome members.
Step 2: Sign up for an Introductory Membership
If you have experience with CrossFit, then you’re welcome to jump right in. CrossFit Cedar Grove provides programming every day. Additionally, our class schedule offers a wide variety of times to accommodate everyone from the early riser to the late-night gym goer.
If you’ve never done CrossFit before, you’ll need to learn the basics in our Foundations Classes. Foundations consists of (2) 60-minute sessions taught in a small group setting by a highly experienced coach. These are scheduled by appointment for your convenience. Once you learn the basics, you’ll get unlimited access to the gym with our Introductory Membership.
Step 3: Select a Membership
We offer a wide variety of memberships to suit everyone, from the occasional gym goer, to the people who come almost daily. We also offer discounts to military, first responders, students, and teachers. For more information, please click below and check out our rates page.
